field of pearl grading and stringing.
Pearls come in a variety of colours, sizes and
shapes with varying degrees of lustre.
Pearls should be kept away from acids, strong
cosmetics and hairspray. They should be kept
separate from other items that may scratch them.
Never soak pearls in water.
To clean: wipe pearls with a moist cloth and
soapy foam.
If you wear your pearls often, you should consider having them re-strung every 18 months.
